Company registration
The company appoints a contact person and enters the required number of participants.
Online first round
Employees complete an online visual problem-solving task independently.
Official final measurement
Qualifying participants take part in the supervised Mensa round, which determines the final ranking.

Open to companies with at least five employees.
The minimum team size and participation fee are calculated from the total number of employees. The registration form immediately shows the applicable minimum.

What does my company gain from participating?
A measurable, validated title that can be used for one year in corporate communications, including your website, recruitment ads, press materials and email signatures. TOP 10 companies also receive an official badge and certificate.
Can management see individual employee results?
No. Employers receive only aggregated, anonymised team results. Individual results remain private and are shared only with the participant.
How much time does participation require?
The online first round takes up to approximately 36 minutes per participant. The official second-round Mensa test takes approximately 90 minutes.
Is the ranking public?
Only the TOP 10 companies are published. The results and participation of all other entrants remain confidential.
